Terms and conditions
SHIPPING
We have decided, for simplicity’s sake, to build in shipping to the cost as advertised on the artwork. This means there is no extra shipping to pay. Please note however that if you are outside of the UK you may have to pay import duties.
Please allow us some time to order in packaging. This could take a several days before we can ship your artwork. For sculptures delivery within the UK will be shipped via specialist courier. In general, please allow 7-10 working days before artwork is shipped.
For small prints and drawings, we aim to dispatch within 1-3 working days by Royal Mail.
Artworks sent outside of the UK will be sent via an art logistics company, this can take between 14-21 days depending on location.
DUTIES AND TAXES
If purchasing artworks/products outside of the UK they may be subject to duties and import taxes, this is the responsibility of the customer to pay.
Many countries have exemption or a lower rate of import duties for original artworks. Each territory has a different policy.
Prints are more likely to incur charges because they are not classed as original artworks. Again, the percentage is determined by your government of origin. In an ideal world we would love for there to be no import duties, but unfortunately this is not up to us!
RETURNS
We cannot accept returns on any artwork as potential damage may happen during its transit back to us. This would prevent the artwork from being resold. If any artwork arrives in a faulty condition, then please do get in touch by email and if possible, please provide images of the damage. We will endeavour to replace your item as quickly as possible.
Prints can most often be replaced, again, please get in touch.
When sending an item back to us we thoroughly recommend using a trackable shipping method so that you can track the status of your return shipment to ensure it is returned safely to us.
Please note: we do not refund original shipping costs and you will have to cover the costs of return shipping.
